Mufti Day

Highgate School today held a non-uniform or Mufti Day, which was organised by the members of the Pupil Council. Pupils paid €1 for the privilege of coming to school without uniform. The money raised will be divided between Pupil Council funds and the Nicosia Dog Shelter.

Greek Department trips

On Wednesday 27th January, the pupils of Highgate School went on trips organised by the Greek Department. The main Greek group went to the theatre, while the beginners went to see how halloumi is made. Everyone had a good time, including Teddybarns who enjoyed tasting the halloumi!

Teddybarns has arrived from Scotland

Teddybarns, the mascot of Craigiebarns Primary School in Dundee, has arrived from Scotland to visit us here at Highgate. He will take part in lessons and go out on trips with our pupils.

Highgate Bear's Travels

Following his trip to Athens in November, Highgate Bear has now set off on another adventure! This time he is visiting Craigiebarns Primary School in Dundee, Scotland. Here he is with one of the pupils there. We hope he doesn't find the weather too cold!
